Complying with Data Privacy/Protections laws and regulations

– Implement, write, revise, update evaluate internal and external documents to adhere and comply with local and international Data  Protection Regulations/Laws like privacy policies/notices, cookies, terms of use, data transfer, sharing and processing agreements, terms and conditions, etc.

–  Advising and promoting the industry’s best practices on processing, handling, transferring, storing, sharing and collecting personal data according to Data Privacy/Protection laws in Saudi, Emirate, Qatar and Europe (GDPR).

– Conduct, revise and provide documents to adhere and comply with local and international Data  Protection Regulations/Laws like record of processing activity (ROPA), Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), notification protocols to the Competent and data subjects when the integrity of the data and the rights of data subjects are affected, and many more.
